What happens when the museum is closed to visitors on Tuesdays?

One important activity in the Frameshop is the sound of the frames as volunteers continue to develop their skills. Lately they have been learning how to design lace patterns and then execute them on the frames. It makes us all appreciate the skill of the knitters who once worked in the Frameshop and admire their determination to continue to embrace new ideas in order to eke out a meager living.
You will find some examples of the volunteers’ work in the museum shop and invite you to admire and purchase one in order to raise funds for the museum.
