Getting Here
By Car
Ruddington is easily accessed from Nottingham, Derby, Loughborough, Leicester and junction 24 of the M1. As you approach the village, follow the brown signs to help you find the museum in Ruddington village centre.
Please note that the museum has no car park.
Chapel Street is a cul de sac with very limited space, so please don’t park here unless you have mobility problems. Ruddington has plenty of free on street parking. You can also park for free at the Co-op car park on Church Street.

By Bus
You can reach the museum easily by bus from Nottingham. Take NCT 10 from the Victoria Centre, Parliament Street or Angel Row, or NCT 3 from Beastmarket Hill or Maid Marion Way.
Both services stop at The Green, a short distance from the museum. The 3 continues to Church Street which is even closer – take the next left after The White Horse Inn.
You can also get to Ruddington by bus from Loughborough, West Bridgford and several of the surrounding villages.
